Natasha Ludlow is a dedicated UK-based violinist whose musical journey began at the age of seven. She studies under the guidance of Katy Smith (Yehudi Menuhin School pedigree), whose mentorship has been central to shaping Natasha’s artistry and technical refinement.
Her performances have taken her to renowned venues across the country, including Westminster Central Hall, Symphony Hall, and the Cathedrals of Chester, Exeter, and Winchester. Equally at home in major orchestral projects—including recent performances of Holst’s The Planets and legendary film scores—Natasha moves seamlessly between demanding classical repertoire and contemporary masterworks.
An accomplished orchestral musician and leader, Natasha performs with the Fulltone Symphony Orchestra and The Film Orchestra. Her exceptional leadership pedigree includes serving as leader of both the Gloucestershire Youth String Orchestra and the Tewkesbury Camerata.
A recent milestone saw Natasha lead the Gloucestershire Youth String Orchestra onto the iconic stage of the Royal Albert Hall for the Music for Youth Proms, earning widespread acclaim for her assured direction and expressive performance.
Natasha plays a fine 2024 bench-made violin by Colin Wyatt of Tewkesbury, paired with an Alecio Reiss (Cheltenham) bow and a Pirastro KorfkerRest.
